  1. Double-click the Hard Drive icon. (Oprima dos vees al icono Hard Drive.)

  3. Double-click the Internet setup assistant alias icon. (Oprima dos veces al icono Internet setup assistant..)

  4. Click the Yes button. (Seleccione la opción Yes.)

  5. Click the Yes button. (Seleccione la opción Yes.)

  6. Click the right arrow button to continue. (Oprima la flecha colocada a la derecha para continuar)

  7. In the What would you like to name this configuration text box, type SOFTCOM..(En la sección What would you like to name this configuration, tecle SOFTCOM.)
  8. Click the right arrow. (Oprima la flecha colocada a la derecha.)

  9. Select your modem from the list. If you do not see your modem listed select next closest modem. (Seleccione su modem de la lista. Su no ve su modem en la lista, seleccione lo más aproximado.)
  10. Select the modem port.(Seleccione el port para el modem)
  11. Select the tone button. (Seleccione la opción Seleccione la opción Tone..)

  13. In the What is the phone number for this configuration text box, type your local softcom access number. Remember to check with your local telephone company to make sure that the number you choose is a local toll-free call.   14. If you are in an office and need to dial a number to access a telephone line, type it in front of your telephone number immediately followed by a comma.   15. If you wish to disable call waiting, type *70 before the telephone number, immediately followed by a comma. Not all areas use *70 to disable call waiting so if *70 does not work for you, contact your local telephone company for the correct code. Note that call waiting will always turn back on after you disconnect from softcom. (Si quiere disconectar el service call waiting, tecle *70 y una coma antes del número de acceso.
